1.2 Physical Products

  • Returns are accepted for physical items that:
    • Arrive damaged or defective.
    • Are incorrect or not as described in the order.
  • Physical products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

1.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized, personalized, or discounted items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Timeframe for Returns and Refunds

  • Digital Products: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Physical Products: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

4. Return Shipping (for Physical Products)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item arrived damaged or defective.
    • The wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
  • If a refund cannot be issued to the original payment method, we will offer store credit or an alternative solution.

7. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
