What will you achieve?
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to…
- understand familiar words and very basic patterns about you, your family and your immediate environment when the speaker speaks slowly and clearly.
- communicate in a simple way, provided that the person in front of you repeats what he says at a slower speech rate and helps you in creating what you want to say. You can ask and answer simple questions in areas related to current needs or very familiar topics.
- use simple patterns and sentences to describe where you live and the people you know.
- understand familiar names, words and very simple sentences in written texts such as catalogs, announcements or posters.
- write postcards with short and simple sentences. For example; It’s like sending greetings with a holiday postcard which is filled in forms with personal information

Who is the course for?
This course will help participants, who wish to learn Turkish, to become familiar with the basic level in Turkish Language and develop the four fundamental language skills of reading, writing, oral comprehension and speaking.
Notice!
- All students are expected to take level assessment test which is roughly 2 lesson hours <except fir level 1>
- Students may continue the levels according to their Level Assessment Test results.
- If you would like another book from the one already supplied, our native teachers welcome you to the journey with the book of your choice. Just remember to mention about it before starting the lessons.
